What is Leadership Coaching?
On
the most basic level, leadership coaching is setting goals, crafting
the steps to get there and having someone keep you accountable to
actually moving forward—and it is so much more.
On a bigger level,
leadership coaching is about developing your strengths, so you can
develop the strengths of those around you. It is also a confidential
space to set a bigger vision for your business, your career and your
life.
Who uses Leadership Coaches?
People like Bill Gates,
Steve Jobs, Bill Clinton and Oprah Winfrey—also Serena Williams, Usher
and the band Green Day. They weren't my clients, but they did or do use
coaches to help with their performance and perspective.
My clients range from CEOs, solo-entrepreneurs, small business owners, career changers to start-up visionaries.

Carol Dacey-Charles is brilliant! I just spent 40 minutes with Carol, brainstorming my business objectives.
IT. WAS. ILLUMINATING.
She
is gifted with the ability to LISTEN to what you say with your head and
HEAR what you are saying with your heart and soul. With probing
questions, and insightful comments, she was able to help me frame my
next steps. DELIGHTED!
Amidst the uncertainty of the pandemic, I feel I now have clarity.
